Striving and encouraging….
I don’t watch a lot of TV but the show American Ninja Warriors caught my attention. The men and women who compete on the show work their tails off practicing for the competition.
I enjoy the back stories where they share their struggles and challenges offering insight as to why they are even attempting this brutal challenge.
They are striving to improve their lives which includes restoration, and healing.
Get this...their fellow competitors are among their strongest encouragers!
What a concept!
Instead of trying to trash talk the competition, these folks are united in their encouragement for one another.
It motivates me to work harder on my issues and be more of an encourager to others.
